Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packing every order, but sometimes things happen during shipping. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, here’s what to do:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Send us photos of the damage so we can assess the issue
  • We’ll arrange a replacement to be sent out to you

Your replacement will be dispatched as quickly as possible, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

What We Cover

We’re happy to replace items that have the following issues:

  • Physical damage from shipping (tears, scuffs, crushed boxes)
  • Manufacturing defects (stitching issues, sole separation, etc.)
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing items from your order

  • Items must not be worn (except to try on) to qualify for replacement
